Just Roofs and Gutters was founded by someone who’s had years of experience in the insurance industry and the knowledge he learned during his time is passed on to everyone on the team. That means that our team knows the problems that zero pay claims or denied insurance claims can have to the industry and your clients and why we always warn homeowners to get an inspection before filing a claim.

Before we ever even think of suggesting a claim, we’ll do a thorough inspection to make sure that there is damage worthy of a claim.
2. Meet with Adjuster
We will talk to the adjuster on the client's behalf to make sure everyone is on the same page.
3. Homeowner Consultation
We will meet with the homeowner to discuss the materials, warranties and product colors that we offer.
4. Filing a Claim
If all parties agree that the claims process is going to be the best course of action, we will help answer any questions to relieve the stress of the process.

Working with Just Roofs and Gutters, with Noah Morton, as the Project Manager, was a great experience. He was responsive and set me up with an app with photos of every step of the project. He also lent me valuable knowledge of his experiences as an insurance adjuster.We received a project timeline, text messages of updates, and got a copy of the permit and approval from the City of Denver as they were granted. We also received a certification of completion, that we are able to easily report to the insurance company.I recommend Just Roofs and Gutters and they are people you can trust.
Great customer service! Noah Morton was a project manager and saw the project through until the end. There were a couple moments when he was difficult to reach, but he came through in the end to get everything in place. Even getting our homeowners claim successfully paid! We had an issue with the company delivering the roofing materials - they pulled into our concrete driveway and caused splitting and cracking. They covered the damage and we are getting the pad replaced next week. So a bit frustrating in some areas, but it is a big project. Lots of coordinating and a huge undertaking replacing the roof. Would definitely recommend this company! Just note that they outsource all their work to third parties, so it is not actually them doing the roof repairs. But the folks who did come were professional and did a very thorough job cleaning up.
We had a great experience with Just Roofs and Gutters. From the very start, we received multiple bids and inspections from many roofers in the area but were impressed by the depth and breadth of the free inspection performed by Noah, our project manager. We were well informed of all the options available, including financing, and it was a quick turnaround to schedule our roof replacement after confirming the project. Despite hiccups due to inclement weather, we were kept in the loop and our project was only delayed a few days. On the day of, the crew worked really hard all day from 6 am to 8 pm, were respectful of the property, and really took the time to clean up well after themselves.It wasn’t the cheapest bid we received, but it was the most comprehensive and most value. We felt confident proceeding with Just Roofs and Gutters and we believe we made a great decision that will continue to pay dividends for our new home for years to come.Our neighbors were so impressed with the 1-day turnaround on our roof that they asked us who did the work, and we were happy to refer Just Roofs and Gutters.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with JRG! SIX stars should be an option for them. Specifically, these are the things I like as a customer. Professionalism from day one. Every touch point was handled professionally in an industry not known for this. Thank you, Brady! Communication at every point in the process. Their communication software kept me in the loop at all times and allowed me to be ready. Quality workmanship. The job was done exactly as they said it would be with the best materials. It looks fantastic! Clean & respectful. I have had several roofs replaced over the years and quite frankly, the industry ‘clean and respectful’ bar is very low. They picked up all the trash and nails before leaving but more importantly they were polite and friendly to my wife and kids. But I was most impressed that I watched them for a while, and they guys always looked carefully to ensure the safety of customers, kids, or other workers before moving materials from the roof to the roll off, moving their vehicles, or carrying heavy materials. I worked with Stryker who went to battle for me against the world's worst Allstate adjusters. His communication, responsiveness, documentation, and persistence exceeded expectations. Allstates go-to is to deny, discourage, and ignore. Stryker was persistent and eventually had our whole roof approved from a hail storm. Thanks for taking care of us like family!

We were very pleased with Just Roofs and Gutters during our roof replacement recently. They communicated well with us throughout the project including updating us during the supply chain delays on shingles. The install team was professional and cleaned up nicely. The Project Manager was great always checking work along the way and fixing any issue we had to include some minor damage to our siding. Highly recommend.
We received a letter from our insurance company informing us that coverage on all Roofs will change by the end of 2024. So we called, at the suggestion from a friend, Just Gutters and Roofs (technician) to schedule a roof inspection.I called and after a few questions and within two days Noah inspected our roof and produced a 20 page detailed report highlighting his fundings. Our roof is in going shape. All this with a willingness to answer all our questions and at NO CHARGE.Obviously, they will be my first call when needed. Refresh to work with an honest customer friendly company.

My experience with Just Roofs and Gutters was beyond exceptional! In a season where storms created major supply chain challenges and delays, the JRG team stayed in communication to make sure we knew the process at every step! Thankfully we opted for an upgraded more durable shingle and didn't have major delays on delivery - but as a townhome with a joined roof, we had to wait on the neighbors to get their supplies. JRG took over communication wither their project team and made sure install was an easy process. I can't thank Ken and Chris enough for their professionalism, communication and attention to detail! Noah and his crew at Just Roofs and Gutters saved us from a delayed closing on both the home we were selling and the home we were purchasing. They allowed the buyers of home to close on time. This is the most professional roofing company I have met. This company was recommended to us by our insurance company to inspect our roof for possible hail damage. We received a full report complete with explanations and great photos. We didn't have hail damage, but we did have repair items which were clearly spelled out and our regular maintenance person was able to handle.

I had contacted Just Roofs and Guuters for help with a gutter that was plugged that I couldn’t reach. Jeffrey came out to help, was super friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the gutter in just a few short minutes. Having replaced my roof 3 times over the course of 7 years due to hail, I know it’s only a matter of time before my house is hit again with another storm. Based on my experience with Jeffrey today, I will definitely contact them the next time I need a new roof or gutters. Highly recommend.
Just Roofs and Gutters is super responsive and great to work with! I needed my roof inspected quickly and I had found them on Facebook after searching a local page and saw that they had tons of recommendations. I messaged the owner and within a few minutes I had a response back that someone could look at it within the hour. Brady came to inspect my roof and was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He definitely took the time he needed to inspect the entire roof and gutters to ensure we had a full report. The very next morning I had a full report in my email! His report included several photos. Working with Noah from Just Roofs and Gutters was a smooth process. He has expert knowledge on every aspect of roofing and cares about a high quality finish. His team removed and replaced our roof in one day! We were able to access hundreds of live photos documenting progress. The day after, Noah came and ensured everything was clean and up to standard. We had noticed a leak coming from the roof due to all the recent snow melt. I contacted Just Roofs and Gutters & was contacted right away by Noah to schedule an appointment. Noah came by & inspected our roof. He was extremely helpful & very personable. Noah was able to seal where it was leaking & even sealed a few other spots to ensure they didn't leak in the future. I reached out to JRG to have my roof inspected for possible damage. Stryker contacted me and completed the inspection. He was very easy to communicate with and showed up when he said he would. He provided me with a free assessment report for my roof even though there was no damage. Very easy to work with, and he is a really nice and funny guy! I will be calling again next year for my annual inspection. Thank you, Just Roofs and Gutters!
Jude came on time when he said he would be here. He was polite, very professional, always did the job he said he was going to do. He also went out of his way for extra little things. I was impressed with his work ethic and his personality! I also like the fact that he came to check on his crew when they were building. Most bosses don't bother to check. He did. He appeared to get along very well with them. I love my roof!
Not a great experience. They left quite a mess, beyond just nails and granules. The roofers left bottles and food from their lunch in my yard. My tree was left cluttered with plastic and roofing material that didn't make it to the ground. I was prepared for plenty of granules, some nails, and a few pieces of shingles here and there, but really there was not much care. If it didn't land on a tarp, it was not their problem. Also, they tarped over our garden to use for discarding shingles which left it flattened, which was upsetting.On a positive note, I have no complaints with the roof itself. However, while I have not had the need to use other roofers to compare to, I feel like you could still get the same quality of work done without being careless during the job.
Highly recommend! I noticed an issue from the last rain storm and thought there was a problem with my gutter that Just Roofs and Gutters installed. Emailed a video over to Michael and he responded within minutes, came by within 30 minutes, and showed me exactly what the issue was - and it was nothing to do with the gutters. Had build up and a bunch of roofing material when the roof was replaced after the gutters were installed. He kindly cleaned it out for me and put it all back together. He wouldn't even take a cold beverage as a thank you. Great company, with great employees.
JR&G inspected our roof for a home purchase recently. Ken was our guy, and he was great. Funny, on time, and didn't try to sell us on a new roof (what?!) Told us it was a bit old but overall still looked good. He also took a bunch of photos to reference in the future if we get hit by any hail or etc, which I thought was cool.
It was a pleasure working with Just Roof and Gutters. Initially, there was a discrepancy with the roof inspection. Jeff contacted me and immediately remedied it in person. They kept me updated on the progress of my roof replacement. Through the entire job we were treated as if we had known them for years. Very personable and easy to work with. When it came time for payment with insurance, they were patient and understanding with some delays. If I ever need roof or gutter work again, I will call them back.
