Noah with JRG was referred to me by a friend of mine. I am so grateful to her! My roof on my house and my garage were badly damaged in the 6/1st hailstorm. I had other property damage as well. Noah's inspection was extremely thorough and accounted for all the damage including little things like solar lights. I have already recommended Noah and JRG to some neighbors of mine.

I'd received quotes from a couple other companies before being referred to Noah at JR&G (JRs). One company was cheaper but provided no reporting and became hard to communicate with. The other provided a comprehensive report but included more "issues" having nothing to do with my roof than I'd asked to be evaluated, which inflated the price and put me at disclosure risk as a seller. JRs was extremely fast in their communication, provided a written quote covering exactly what I'd asked for, and was priced reasonably (in the middle of the other two). They have a strong, administrative background in roofing matters, so they take a balanced approach to evaluating roofs and completing repairs. They listen and help meet your goals; take lots of pictures before, during, and after the repairs/replacement; are flexible (they re-attached the pigeon netting I'd just had installed); and were overall professional folks to work with. They can work with insurance but can also work with cash payors, like me, which I learned working with another roofing company can be hard for some roofing companies. Oddly, some prefer to, or can only, work through insurance, as I think it can allow them to muddy costs and inflate prices. JRs is a solid, trustworthy company to work with.
